Property Maintainance
Over the years we have maintained properties throughout Dublin.
These duties varied from simply checking upon a property on a daily basis while the owners are away to completely refurbishing the property. 
Private properties:
1) Property visits whilst owners are away
2) Utility waiting Service
3) Continuing maintenance of second properties – cleaning, fridge filling etc.
4) Supervision of workmen if owners cannot be present.
We also deal with rental properties:
1) Cleaning
2) Waiting Service (NTL/GAS etc)
3) Completion of PRTB forms
4) Purchasing goods for new rental
5) Refurbishing of properties for rental
